Xenia is hotel management software built around one idea: the person who owns the hotel should be able to trust what its money is doing, even from far away.
Why it exists
A hotel does not usually lose money in one dramatic way. It loses it in small ways nobody can see: a charge removed, a discount nobody approved, a payment never written down.
Xenia puts the front desk, the bar and restaurant, the store and the accounts in one system, and records each of those small things where it cannot be quietly changed. The right person is told.
Where it comes from
Xenia began as an installed Windows program that hotels already run. This cloud version carries its rules forward, checked against the original down to the kobo, and adds what only the cloud can do: seeing your hotel from your phone, approvals wherever you are, and alerts the same night.
It is made for hotels in Nigeria first: prices in naira, payments through Flutterwave, receipts and invoices with VAT, and privacy under the Nigeria Data Protection Act.
A hotel runs on the people on shift. Xenia is built for them first.
