Draft. This has been written from what Xenia does today and has not yet been reviewed by a lawyer. It is not final and should not be relied on until this notice is removed.
A cookie is a small file a website keeps in your browser. This page lists the ones Xenia uses. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
This website
The marketing website sets no cookies of its own. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies and does not keep personal information about you, so there is no cookie banner to accept.
The Xenia app (the portal)
Signing in to Xenia uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work. They are not used for tracking or advertising.
| Purpose | What it does | Lasts |
|---|---|---|
| Sign-in session | Keeps you signed in and lets Xenia check each request is from you. It cannot be read by scripts on the page. | While you are signed in; refreshed as you use it |
| Trusted device | Remembers that you passed the second sign-in step on this device, if you asked it to. | Until it expires or you remove the device |
Your choices
You can clear cookies in your browser at any time; you will be signed out. Blocking the sign-in cookies stops Xenia from working, because it cannot tell who you are.
