About paying for Xenia
What does the free trial include?
Fourteen days of the plan you choose, with no card. Add your rooms, invite your staff and use it for real. If you do not continue, nothing is charged.
How do I pay?
By card or bank transfer. A transfer is confirmed against your invoice.
Is VAT included?
VAT is added where it applies and shown on its own line on every invoice, so you can see what the price is and what the tax is.
Can I change plan or add rooms later?
Yes. When you move to a higher plan or add rooms part-way through a period, you pay the difference for the days that are left.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel any time and keep using Xenia until the end of the period you have paid for.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It stays yours. Guests, bookings and bills can be exported as files at any time.
